The comprehensively repositioned building provides 150,000 sq ft of flexible workspace featuring a huge gym, restaurant, multiple terraces and conference facilities, all designed with a strong focus on wellness.
The modern extension and interiors have been beautifully designed by combined architects dMFK and Norm Architects, and delivered by Collins Construction, supported by a team of consultants including EEP, CHP and HTS. Our collaboration with Forsta and EB7 also helped us achieve WELL Platinum and BREEAM Excellent certifications.
Opera led the team as Project Manager/EA from acquisition through to completion. Through numerous challenges, effective teamwork and commitment ensured the successful delivery of this landmark project.
