This milestone also marked Castleforge and Gamuda securing a £500m development finance agreement with Cheyne Capital, demonstrating strong financial market confidence in the project and team.

Over nearly two years as project manager, Opera has driven the project forward, from developing the master programme and delivery strategies to leading the team—maintaining momentum without a single day lost from the programme.
