One of the undoubted highlights for the close of 2023, was the submission of planning for the comprehensive redevelopment of 75 London Wall - our project for Castleforge and Gamuda Land - in November.

The proposals will increase the size of the existing building by around 200,000 square feet GIA, prioritising retention of the existing structure and reutilising its distinctive limestone façade. There is particular focus on the provision of exciting new amenity, significantly enhanced public realm, and remodelled streetscape. The brief is underpinned by driving ambitious sustainability targets, focusing on material retention and reuse, while minimising embodied and operational carbon.
