Jacques Bryant

Jacques has extensive experience delivering complex commercial, refurbishment and heritage-led developments across Central London. He has successfully led large-scale retrofit and redevelopment projects, including schemes adjacent to listed buildings and within sensitive urban environments.

His experience acting as Employer's Agent and JCT Design & Build lead, combined with his expertise in planning strategy, stakeholder engagement and listed building coordination, allows him to navigate complex development challenges and deliver successful outcomes for clients. He has worked across the full project lifecycle, from feasibility and planning through procurement, construction and completion.

Jacques is a proactive, pragmatic and collaborative project leader who builds strong relationships with clients, investors, developers, consultants and contractors. Known for his straightforward approach and ability to bring teams together, he consistently delivers projects that meet commercial objectives while overcoming the unique challenges of complex urban developments.
