Francesca Lanzetta

Francesca is a Senior Project Manager with over six years experience delivering complex commercial, mixed-use, and heritage developments within the construction industry. She has led high-value new-build and cut-and-carve projects across all RIBA stages, providing strategic, client-facing leadership on programme, risk, procurement, and delivery.

With strong expertise in contractor and stakeholder management, Francesca excels in leading multidisciplinary teams and navigating planning and heritage constraints. She advises clients on budget control and financial appraisals for schemes up to £250m.

Francesca holds an MSc (Hons) and BSc in Construction Engineering and is a Chartered Member of the CIOB (MCIOB).
