Richard Kufuor-Lodge

As a chartered building surveyor and associate, Richard combines a strong technical background with commercial delivery experience.

With extensive commercial and residential fit-out experience, Richard has delivered a wide range of projects including refurbishment, fit-out and cut and carve developments. Richard has experience working with property funds, land developers, serviced office groups, global media companies and legal and financial institutions. He specialises in building relationships with clients to deliver the client’s aspirations from project inception through to completion. Richard is a member of the the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)
