Jon Lloyd

With an MSc in Construction Project Management, Jon is an experienced project manager, having led a wide range of projects over the last seven years from a consultant and seconded client side. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).

Jon has a proven track record of delivering projects that have ranged from managing multiple retail refurbishments around the country to larger mixed-use residential developments and commercial refurbishment, extension and fit out schemes. He has experience of both private and public sector clients, including commercial & residential developers, pension funds, councils, large multi-national firms, legal and financial institutions.

He has a logical, well balanced project management style, having managed multi disciplinary teams across all stages of the project lifecycle. He is passionate about sustainable design and construction with recent experience in mass timber construction and zero carbon development strategies.
