Jessie Fullard

With a strong foundation in executive support and business operations, Jessie plays a key role in enabling the smooth running of the organisation and supporting the C-Suite team. Her role spans business operations, executive coordination, and sales and marketing, contributing to the delivery of client-facing proposals and executing internal initiatives.

Jessie is responsible for coordinating key business processes, supporting commercial activities including bid preparation and client presentations, and driving operational efficiency across the team. She works closely with senior leadership to ensure priorities are aligned and delivered effectively, allowing the business to operate at pace.

Her background includes working with UHNW individuals, alongside independent study in disruptive innovation and brand strategy, complementing her BA (Hons) in Marketing. Jessie brings a proactive, solutions-focused approach and is known for her ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of output.
