By retaining much of the original structure, the project will reduce embodied carbon by approximately 60% compared to London benchmarks. Powered by renewable energy and air-source heat pumps, it targets top environmental certifications, including BREEAM 'Outstanding' and NABERS 5*, ensuring lasting positive environmental impact.

Located in the heart of Victoria, the project offers 300,000 sq ft of flexible office space and rich amenities, including a communal rooftop terrace, event spaces, and wellness facilities. Meeting the demand for Grade A office space and offering unrivalled views of London, Thirty High is poised to set a new standard for the West End office market.
